It was so refreshing to walk into a place where The employees were happy, super friendly, and such a pleasure to speak with. You don’t see a lot of that anymore. I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them a shout out, but it was on March 8 probably around 2 o’clock-ish. I also called the home office and gave a shout out for superb service!!

I said okay and walked away to wait. After then, people who have come in after me were asked if they had drinks for their pickup order, or at least given some sort of time of day. I have waited over 30 minutes. People have come in after me, ordered, paid and left. ??? Edit to add: it was ready the whole time. Second edit: food was fire as always though.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
