This time they sent us with half our order missing, when I called to ask if they could make it right they agreed, which I appreciated. Drove all the way there and the manager I assume who was on shift was at least apologetic and told me we could make a refund request online for the inconvenience. However when we got home we opened our burger and it was missing a patty. It’s a burger, how do you miss the meat? Inconsistent quality and constant errors is all you’ll get from this location!

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
