- JLJ LoveMar 29, 20265.0They offer delicious burgers with an excellent burger to bun ratio. The portions of fries are higher! The small is plenty for two people to share. The only thing is change is the amount of salt added to the fries. Somebody was over generous with the salt which made the fries difficult to enjoy. Also, some more smiles from employees would have contributed to better customer service experience. Blessings

After trying to negotiate, she then refers us across the street. After 4-5 seconds later we just decide to leave. Because it’s crazy how we were denied service first hand with disrespect and still tried to negotiate. Will never come here ever again! Don’t recommend.

Also the customer service terrible. There were younger employees standing around chatting with whom seemed perhaps to be the manager (wearing a collared shirt) . The recent changes are noticeable and considering the price point there should at least be consistency in the food presentation if not customer service.
- BBBreezeMar 24, 20263.0This location can be frustrating. Depending on who is working you may end up waiting 40 mins for a burger and fries.... And many people they hire struggle with multitasking. And they are very easily distracted from the first job they start so orders sit on the sidelines just waiting for fries and a bag... And it's so expensive you would think they would have a better system!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
