- TKtodd kellerOct 17, 20251.0Have you ever wondered why this Wendy’s is never busy? Well, here is an exchange that took place a few minutes ago. I drove up and placed an order for a combo. When I got to the window a young 16-17 y/o black male handed me my drink. When I asked him for a straw he told me there would be one in the bag. I told him that would be great but I needed one now to drink while I waited for my food. He told me no, you really don’t. And slammed the window shut. When I motioned for the manager to come over I asked her if she just heard that exchange and does she allow her employees to talk to customers so disrespectfully? She said that there was nothing that she could do about it and that she cannot fire an employee. Well, you could report him I said. She said that they won’t do anything about it. I drove off without my food since i no longer felt safe eating food from there. I suspect that I am not the only person that has had poor service here.
