Waited 15 min for a burger I never got. They gave us a plain chicken sandwich and I was in a rush and didnt have time to keep waiting. Fries were almost cold and dry too.
Update, gave it another chance and was disappointed again, fries had no flavor and I ordered a chocolate cold brew coffee with cold foam. It was a watered down regular ice coffee. No chocolate flavor and a sliver of coldfoam

Why are your staff so rude? I sat in the drive-through for over five minutes, and when I politely asked how much longer it would be since I had to get to work, the girl came back with a full attitude. “Well we’re short-staffed, so you can go somewhere else if you don’t want to wait.”
Like excuse me, I’m not the reason you’re short-staffed. Take that up with the owner, not the customers.

They use to be good… now you’re lucky if you get your dipping sauce and every time I go there, they say the same thing oh we’re out of barbecue sauce we’re out of honey mustard they’re always out of something and the tea used to be really good now you’re lucky if you get sweet tea, they always give you the wrong thing
