On three separate occasions during the past two weeks this particular location has had excessive wait times (despite arrival being non-peak times) and incorrect or missing food items. As a local business owner I find this pattern of poor service to be very troubling. So much so, none of our more than twenty employees will be purchasing food from this location going forward. Not a good way to run a business in the competitive fast food market.
