- CJCandi J6 days ago1.0Drive-thru experience was wild! The girl who took my order was super sweet, but the older gentleman with bling nails at the window? When I asked if my sandwich had mayo (I never get sandwich from here, but quickly remembered a lot of places add mayo) he snapped “Does it look like I made your sandwich? 😳 I just wanted it remade if it had mayo, that’s it. Then he started talking rudely to the young girl on the headset. He was also using profanity while we were waiting on him to finish up with our transaction. I work drive-thru too, and I would never treat a customer or coworker like that. Food was fine, but customer service here needs serious work.
