That guy is super nice and takes as much time is needed which is like 30 seconds to make sure the order was right. Breon put the order in wrong so the kitchen had to fix the mistake because of poor communication. I’m not a Karen, I’m a cool guy. I play loud music and I like partying. But work is work and bad communications equals bad results. Take more time with each customer, 10/30 seconds is all it takes to read back orders and then don’t get mad if it’s wrong. Be professional and speak respectfully, even at a fast food restaurant. Wasting Wendy’s resources is bad for business and hurts the shareholders and investors.
