    I have been to this location three times in the past week, and they have not been open at 7am as advertised online. There are no advertised times on any window or door. I have arrived different times between 7:15 am and 8:05am. I do not believe this location serves breakfast.

    I came through the drive thru on a Tuesday around 6:15 pm ie dinner time. The girl at the window was extremely rude. I was asked to pull up because "we waitin on meat". I asked for ketchup.. she rolled her eyes and said "it'll be in the bag". All you sell is meat so what's the issue? The girl inside was cleaning the tables but using her dirty phone. I had to go back in to get a sauce that they forgot and the guy comes from around the corner looking high as a kite like I'm the one causing a disturbance. I literally asked him if he was good because why are you staring at me when I politely asked for something you forgot? Stop hiring anybody with a pulse and train your staff properly! Good is too expensive to get be getting shitty service AND food.

    Unfortunately there seems to be a complete lack of care for delivery orders. I placed 2 orders in one day. The first order was missing an entire sandwich and all 3 drinks were made incorrectly. Ordered on Door dash. I then placed another order, for only 2 items, and you won't believe it, that one was wrong too. Nuggets and a burger and we couldn't get it correct. Can't get a simple 10 piece correct. Is it because the customer can't come in and complain, because it's doordash, that causes this level of not caring? Management? I can't imagine ownership would be okay with it. But maybe they are as well. Who knows. Either way, your money is much better spent at the McDonald's across the street.

    I love this Wendy's. The food was hot and fresh. The line moves quickly. It has really made big impovement!!

    I come here often but at this point I might as well stop. Customer service is okay at best and food is mediocre. My issue with them is they screw up too much and don’t do adequate guest recovery when they do. My last visit I ordered a burger, fries and nuggets. Didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t have my burger. Drove back, explained the situation to manager and asked that the entire meal be remade because I didn’t receive the correct order to begin with on top of driving home and having to drive back. Manager asked to see the bag that the order was in; I walk back to my car to grab the bag while simultaneously realizing I’d already eaten the nuggets and fries during the drives.At that point didn’t quite expect those items to be remade but then again….CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had the order been correct from the get go, this wouldn’t be a situation. Was only given a burger and that was cold from the moment I got back to the car and took a bite. Chik-Fil-A would never do some crap like this. I’ve been given more for less of an inconvenience. You get what you pay for I guess🤷🏾‍♂️
