Incompetence at its finest. After waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food (since they claimed the chicken was frozen), not only were out fries insanely greasy and cold, our drinks had zero sryup in them. We had to go back up to the store after we got home. We asked for a refund and she would only refund our fries. I will be speaking to corporate.

worst drive thru experience on earth. Whoever was taking orders was not doing there job. She told me to wait and look at the board after five minutes i was wondering how long she wanted me to look at the board for. Then she says i can leave if i want to. Um? Mcdonald's does better

they will just lie and say something isn't on the menu if they don't feel like making it....even though its clearly on the menu above they're head and was on the mobile order menu. if you don't want something to be on they menu, I'm almost positive there's a better solution than taking my money and not giving me the thing I paid for.

Sat in line for 45 minutes get to the speaker and sorry we are having a shift change I don't know how long it will be but if you want to wait??? Went home hungry. McDonald's sucks but at least they will serve you and not leave a line of cars sitting in the parking lot for a shift change. At least walk out and tell people hey we don't want to cook so you can leave. Turn off the lights or something just don't let me idle my car for 45 minutes. It will be a long time before I go back to Wendy's. Sorry no option to give negative stars.

Waited at least 3-5 mins at the drive through speaker to take my order, when I asked if they are ready for my order yet I was told to hold on another minute. Finally I ordered a #2 combo and some tenders was told to pull up and wait for my order. I am still waiting for the order now as writing this review, and have seen 3 cars already go past me with their food. Was a #2 and tenders that hard? Is there more than 1 employee?! My food just came out with not even a "hello" just silent hand off. Wasn't expecting much but man this Wendy's is absolutely dogmess
