- NJNae JonesFeb 7, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Wendy’s on Chaffee road here in Jacksonville fl . The night manager William and one of his rude coworkers Travis had very poor customer service. The manager William had a very hostile tone with me after I ask him about why one of the employees were eating French fries over the food that was being prepared . Travis and another young lady with glasses on that wouldn’t give me her name were playing and using profanity while customers were in the lobby making orders. Also there are aggressive drive thru interaction with these same individuals. Catching a “attitude” over the speaker and even slamming the window shut . Management has to do a better job because Travis , William , and the other young lady with the glasses will have this place shut down .
