- J1John 13:75 days ago5.0I was hungry. I stopped in before I made my 30 minute drive to Fernandina Beach. I was at the counter for about 50 seconds. It was cool because the drive thru was long and everybody looked busy. Ricky, one of the employees was possibly on break or lunch, I couldn't tell, stopped what he was doing and came to the register to take my order. He told me he didn't want me to keep waiting. Thank you Ricky, sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you because I haven't eaten in awhile. I got the chicken stripe with ranch and honey mustard. There fries were on point and the pink lemonade hit the spot. I didn't even need ice, it was cold enough. Everything just went right. They were in the process of changing the light up signs that the menu is on. Even amidst the confusion, they were attentive, kind, smiling and prompt. You did that!

Took over a HALF HOUR to fill my order only because I backed up to the window again. There was literally no other customers there, but nobody was doing anything and nobody brought out my food.
