The “new” chicken tenders were certainly not new. They had to have been reheated no less than 2x.

I gave this Wendy’s another shot after months (maybe even a year) of avoiding it, and once again I was disappointed. I waited nearly 10 minutes in the parking spot for my food, thinking I was about to get something fresh. Instead, the nuggets were cold — not lukewarm, but cold-cold — and clearly old.
This has been the story every time I’ve tried this location in the last five years of living nearby: wrong orders, stale food, and nuggets that are nothing like they used to be. They’re tiny, hollow, and barely have any chicken inside — more like an empty shell than real food.
It’s sad to see Wendy’s quality drop this much. I’ve given this place chance after chance, but nothing changes.

I'll give it 2 stars for the food but I won't give it to the rudeness of the customer service! Trying to take a $2 off of a meal after doing a survey on this place and they don't even know how to do it also the lady manager said they don't do that yet it's printed on the back! My next survey will be dissatisfying, won't come back to this particular restaurant!
