We chose to dine in. Granted it waa new years day, yet, there's no ni excuse for the filth we saw. It waa more than juat not getting cleaned thw night prior. Ice machine had no ice and was filthy in the dispensing area. The restroom was not onky disgusting it was apparent when it is cleaned it muat be with dirty water. The owner needs to have a deep cleaning done ro thw entire customer areas. Regarding food.. the fries were cold and chewy, not warm and crisp. Sandwiches were okay. We were very disappointed ans surprised to see this.

Remember when the JBC was on the dollar menu? And fries and the drink. 2 JBC, fries, and a drink for $4 everyday. Now as a special deal, it's double the price at $8.
That snickerdoodle frosty though. I need that. I'll take the burger and fries too.

The only positive was the young man working the register was pleasant. The floors are always sticky like they’ve never been mopped after soda spills. Today the coke freestyle machine had no ice, 12 of the 30 drink options are grayed out unavailable, and of the ones available most of the flavors for them are unavailable. The machine is sputtering and spitting soda on the outside of your cup and machine walls around it. Employees were notified soda is flat and no ice, I ate in and no one ever checked it out. All of our fries were cold and the cheeseburger was totally unappealing. We’ve eaten here often and it keeps going further downhill. There’s no more ketchup available for self serve so you’ve got to ask for packets and not many are given. I’d be shocked if this establishment is open much longer.

We went thru the drive thru @9:50 and the evening shift was so rude the guy taking our order seemed to have been trying to rush me to order when asked a question he was short and snappy then at the bottom of the screen we noticed an item that wasn’t on our order so I asked what that was and the manager I’m guessing a female also come over the mic with him as they both said it wasn’t my order on the screen it was from the previous order but it showed mine above the item I did not purchase down to I added extras to my burger and it showed exactly what I order the had got attitude for me even bringing it up as if I can’t read the rest of the screen with my order on it and then when at the window he tried telling me I didn’t give him enough money if I had not been certain I would have given more but I knew exactly what I gave him so he then recounted and I had in fact gave him the amount I said I had

The “new” chicken tenders were certainly not new. They had to have been reheated no less than 2x.
