I placed a mobil order last night for 2 biggie bags with 2 sweet teas and frosty i placed order at 11.20 pm 40 minutes before close I arrive at 11 30 when I get to the 2nd window the man who is the manager on shift states rudely we dont have a frosty for you and do you want a refund I state yes the man gives me my money back in changed 8 quarters and nickles which be never asked me if I wanted my change that way than hands me 2 unsweetened sweet tea as well I had to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes so I can get my food so the order was placed 20 mins before I get my food terrible experience and when the food was ready he hanged it out the window and I had to grab it how rude can you be for what reason whag did I do to you can play the video and see in my car great honda look at the video and the audi from him the register to him speaking with me i say this so you can upgrade your staff who knows what they did yo my food after he got upset because I wanted my refund for a frosty in all change so you mean to tell me you had no dollar bills please looonatvthe camera and audio at 11 30 to 1145 grey honda accord this happen the date of September 9th 2025 yesterday

The food here is great, but the customer service is terrible. The staff come across as snobby and entitled — when you say ‘thank you,’ there’s no response, and overall they’re just rude. I’ve never had such poor service at a fast food place. I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s and will use Uber Eats from now on instead.
