  I came here tonight February 13th 2026 at 9:30PM. I was asked to please come inside when I went to the drive through window. My fries were hard as a rock and old. My double stack was not fresh AT ALL! The manager was inside siting on his laptop and seemed unbothered by the lack of food quality being sold. I glanced over the counter and noticed the cook had the line completely broken down at 9nearly 4 hours before closing time! As a chef myself.. I knew that was not a good sign! Because there will be mediocre food being sold in order to not have a big cleaning job at the end of the day so SANDBAG a bunch of old meat and sell it as the customers order even though we have 4 more hours of quality food to sell lol WOW. This is the reason WENDYS will file for bankruptcy within 10 years. I will not be eating here or any other location again I’m fed up with Wendy’s and the lack of passion in the employees they hire. Unacceptable!!!

  Went through the drive thru. The young lady was nice and had great customer service. My order was actually made how I asked for it!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed our order based on the prices displayed on the drive-through board. When we reached the window, we simply asked whether the prices on the board were correct. Instead of answering the question, the manager seemed more concerned with rushing us out of the line. She went to the register, handed us our change, and abruptly slammed the window shut in our faces. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service like this is unacceptable.
