  So I went in there tonight even though i've had some bad experience.Hoping for the best! As normal wendy's didn't disappoint with the disappointments! I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. A large fry and a baconator french fry. The loaded French fries look like they had. I've been thrown together on some soft nasty fries! The fries that they gave me with my meal were so cold. They probably were cooked last hour! And instead of giving me the chicken sandwich that I ordered, they gave me a cheeseburger with about a pound of ketchup on it, literally that was as cold and as hard as a rock! I try to call up there a couple times on my way back to return it.They picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times! When I finally made it back there and got to the speaker, which there was a couple cars past it. I let them know that I was just here about thirty minutes after it took to get home.Get back and sit in their line that my meal was messed up! So they allow me to sit back in the line for another thirty, something minutes.When I get to the window, they try to hand me just the chicken sandwich! Pretty much telling me I had to eat all the cold fries and everything else. Wait, it gets better.I asked, just give me a refund.I'll go next door! She said that she couldn't give a refund.It was against policy and that I would have to come back in the morning!! At that time, everybody in the restaurant wants to now sit at the window and argue with me!!! After I finally got my refund, I drove across the street to the other fast food was able to get a hot and delicious meal within about four minutes and was headed back home.Finally, after an hour of messing with this wendy's location

  It would be nice , if the stop UPSIZEING your fry and beverage without asking and charging you for it.
