They said okay they would update. still delivered it to the wrong medical office. They delivered it to the office next door. No straw for my smoothing and left it sitting on the floor. when I called to complain. I just get hung up on. I will not be ordering from here again as a delivery if I work on this side of town again

- JJJenAug 5, 20252.0Sad to say they have really gone downhill over the last few months at least. We used to come here all the time. The last several visits have been pretty disappointing. The most common thing we’ve noticed lately is the quality of their fruit, which is a pretty big deal for a smoothie place that needs fresh fruit for so many of their items. It seems like every time we go now they’re bordering on what we’d consider as rotten. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve gotten apples or bananas as our side only to throw them away because of their condition. And that’s just what we can see! I’m afraid to know what’s lurking in the kitchen out of public view. Maybe 3 weeks ago we were shot down when trying to order several items because they said the only stuff they had was no longer good and they were waiting on a delivery truck. I understand that things have a shelf life, which is why we’ve given them second, third, fourth, etc. chances - but this really seems to be a pattern now. I hope they improve soon.
