Unfortunately my experience at this location was not great. The server I interacted with was surprisingly rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the menu. I understand that things can get busy or stressful, but the tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome. It definitely took away from the usual positive vibe I associate with Tropical Smoothie. The smoothie itself was fine, but customer service plays a big part in the experience; and this time it missed the mark. I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to better interactions in the future.

I will say that the staff was very nice, but they obviously need to hire more people. The girls working there were very professional, but you can tell that they couldn’t keep up with the orders. They were trying really hard though! They did apologize for the delay.
