- JJJill3 days ago1.0Horrible service! First off, their women’s restroom was disgusting. Toilet paper and feces all over the toilet. Secondly, I place an order on the app. It goes through on my bank account but not on the app. I ask the lady at the counter, some guy in the back says they can’t help and I have to pay again and dispute it with my bank. I’m not paying another $15 for my meal when I just placed an order. The lady looked at what was going on could see what happened, asked this guy again and he said dispute it. Nobody helped me, tried to make it right, nothing. I don’t care how busy you are, if this guy was suppose to be the manger he should’ve come out and helped or try to make it right. It was the company’s fail not mine. Horrible location!!
