Spent $15.55 on a smoothie that I drink at least twice a week and ended up with what tasted like water. I am sure now they didn't add any of the supplements either. The "Dillas" were both hard as rocks. Again, I eat them all the time and know how they are supposed to taste. I love Tropical Smoothie and if you also do, avoid this location or you may not want to eat at one ever again. I hope the owner gets it figured out before the employees chase all the Tropical Smoothie fans away. $40 on food I threw in the garbage.

- SASebastian AguilaDec 12, 20251.0Horrible service I came in for my order which I was having issues with due to my tmobile Tuesday code not working, and lady at the front can’t recall her name anymore but she said she’d help and turns out she wasn’t really helping and was still charging me the smoothie and not the side when the whole point is to walk out paying less as possible which is what the deal was on my tmobile app, they couldn’t just help a SINGLE costumer in need and just look out when they clearly could see that I had the code. They must really be on budget cause wow that was embarrassing both for me and for the company itself, dry attitude as well. This isn’t the tropical I grew up with, go to spot after work but might change soon. Left with no food now, thx.
