  Last week I had a doctors appointment nearby so I called for a pick up after the appointment. But the appointment ran over by about 40 minutes and I knew my smoothie would be melted so I called before I arrive at the café. The employees, Keith, Nola, Harley and Janna Graciously remade my smoothie so it would be fresh. I realize a tip was not included when I placed the order for takeout, I noticed the empty jar on the counter. It would seem most delivery services would not leave a tip for tropical smoothie employees. Perhaps there could be a way to remedy that situation?

  I have been ordering, mostly delivery, from here for a couple of years. I generally order weekly, if not more often, over the last 2 1/2 years. At least 30% of the time something is wrong with my order, small things that I just don't bother to worry about. This last order though, they didn't put lettuce or tomato on it. When I called the employee agreed they didn't put them on the sandwich, but the manager wanted me to return my delivery order in person in order to receive a replcement or refund, even though everyone understood a mistake had been made. The manager eventually agreed, pending GM approval, to refund my purchase. Well, the GM declined the refund, I was told she would refund the lettuce and tomato only since I did not return my delivery order. I realize this probably will not bother management in the least, but they (this location and the franchise in general) have lost a consistent weekly customer. Don't penalize me for your mistake. For $26 you have lost a customer who spends around $100 a month, good job.
