    I was extremely disappointed with the smoothie I received because it tasted disgusting and nothing like what I ordered.On top of that, the inside of the establishment looked noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. Seeing the floors, counters, in that condition made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. I hope these issues are addressed immediately, because this experience was unacceptable.

    I come sometimes as a customer, but my experience here the other night has me not only not wanting to come here myself, but telling other's as well... I also come here as a Doordasher, however I only Doordash in the late evenings/at night- so this location is always completely dead when I come. No one in the drive-thru, no one inside. So, being considerate of my own time, the quality of our shared customer's food, as well as the employees - I always drive up to the 100% empty drive-thru and kindly ask if it is ok if I use the drive-thru, or if I need to come inside. Most of the restaurants I visit, including this location on many occasions - understand that I am not causing issues regarding their delivery times and that I am simply trying to provide the highest quality service I can, in the most efficient way as possible... However, the other night, for the second time, Leonna(sp*) told me that DD must come inside... There's no one in the drive-thru, you've got four people working inside and the customer's order is sweating on your counter??? You can't walk to the window like the other employees at this location like a decent human being and do your job?!? I know I am a "Doordasher" and that essentially means "slave" in the current English language, but come on... THE QUALITY of the food is degrading rapidly- you know how quickly your smoothies turn into syrup.... You want to pay Doordash for this order when the customer complains? I know they dock you guys for that type of thing... If the policy at this location is to treat Doordashers as second class citizens - that's cool. If not, do something about Leona and your employee training... I was super nice and thoughtful - if they said "yea, but can you pull forward on the pad real quick to stop the SOS timer" I would have done so... Come on, we're all humans here...
