  This was by far the funnest part of our trip. The staff was also very friendly and on top of their game. We lost one of our souvenir straws that our friend really wanted. Our waiter took the time to get us another one and caught us on our way out to give it to us. Sometimes it's the small things that really take customer experience to the next level. We'll definitely be back!

  Had a lil trouble with the app at first and learning how everything works via the phone and doing the monthly membership deal with free app. Once we figured it out, It went smooth. Loved the pool table, mini golf, food, bay area and the golf games. Had alot of fun. Played 3 games rounds within 60 mins for two people. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They take reservations and walk ins. Handicap accessible. Gluten free and vegan available food. Kid and baby friendly.

  Cool spot to hangout with friends and family. Quality of food is blah at best. Great customer service though.

  We reserved two bays for my grandson’s birthday celebration. When we arrived, our bays were ready for us, and we were greeted right away for drinks/food service. Ashley Kirk was our server, and was extremely attentive and friendly! She took very good care of us the entire time we were at Topgolf! It was my first time visiting Topgolf, and it was a wonderful experience, due in large part to Ashley!! I highly recommend!

  ⭐️ 1 Star Extremely disappointing and distasteful experience at Topgolf Jacksonville. This was supposed to be a long-overdue date night for my husband and me, and instead it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. After everything I’ve been through a breast cancer journey, surgeries, working a full-time job, taking care of my home, paying bills, and making sure my family stays happy, humbled, and cared for…this night out meant more than most people realize. To have it ruined this way was beyond frustrating. The service was poor from start to finish, disorganized, and lacked basic care or hospitality. To make matters worse, when our waitress came to close us out, she asked if we were ready to check out, and asked me if we wanted to charge the card on file, I relayed, yes ma’am please… she brought back the receipts, and my husband tipped and signed. As we were walking out, she ran after us, making it feel as though we had done something wrong or stolen something, stating that my husband signed the “wrong receipt.” If the service had been attentive to begin with, she would have known that when she picked them up… instead of grabbing the receipts, walking away without a word, and never telling us goodnight. Completely unacceptable and embarrassing. For the price, the name, and the expectation of professionalism, this experience was a huge letdown. Bay #319 01/16/2026
