The number of customers waiting at the counter has no bearing on when they will get around to taking your order. I waited 15 minutes to order, the 3 customers who came in after me left after the cashier disappeared again after taking my order. I would say this place has to be the worst, but I’m always surprised at the lack of customer service and simple common courtesy in so many places nowadays, but this location is certainly in the running for World’s Worst.

I've seen countless people pull out of your drive-thru. Explain to your management the importance of time management and if the fact is the food needs to be cooked fresh then you are not preparing properly. It's fast food sometimes you have to throw it away if nobody orders it. Get with the program. Having it ready and available is the most important thing.
