  The Taco Bell I went to on Atlantic in Jacksonville Florida was great. Great customer service, clean dinning area, and overall perfect. I will never go to the one in river city again. That place is unprofessional, they, spend more time on there phones, and arguing, than they do helping customers. Atlantic definitely has a 5 star rating and I would recommend that location to anyone. As a matter of fact. Im going there today for lunch.

  Food was great however I ordered 10 sauces in the app but you gave me 4. Other than that they were friendly and the food was good. To be honest it was my fault for not checking the bag. But still!

  Stood there waiting for my freeze drink for 10-15 min told the guy I needed it as I ordered one with my kiosk order he didn't tell anyone I needed one then on top of that just went and made other ppls food and I'm standing there waiting and while I was waiting I bought a large drink and the lady didn't even tell me the drinks were out they only had tea and the tea wasn't even out it was in the back they never have it out and I had to find out myself the drinks weren't working as she just gave me the cup and didn't even say anything then I told them it's not working and then that's when they tell me the drinks are out so I said I need a refund so I'm still waiting for the other freeze with my first order so since they finally revealed there's no drinks apparently I went on the kiosk to order another freeze would of been nice if they would of told me the drinks are out instead of me just buying a drink I wasn't gonna get so I'm waiting for both of my freezes then finally after about 5 more min of waiting a total of 10-15 min I been waiting the lady that didn't tell me about the drinks being out asks me what I'm waiting for and I tell her I need my freezes and the younger girl makes them for me idk who the manager is but they seriously need to stop hiring just anyone and hire ppl who are gonna actually do their jobs then on top of that my taco only had the meat in it didn't have no lettuce or cheese and I didn't know till after driving all the way back home about it or else I would of went back in there and got them to remake it and not to mention one of my tacos were wet the paper was all wet and the taco
