  What A Horrible Experience. I came to Taco Bell on my lunch. First, the person taking the order seemed dumbfounded but at least friendly. Then, they asked that I pull forward to wait on something. 20 minutes pass, no food no nothing. I drive around again to the drive thru, only to be told my food was handed to someone else. A $31 ORDER! Needless to say, I will never visit this location. First time and last time. Too many incompetent people and the manager seemed slow as well.

  This Taco Bell lies about order ready time and service is extremely slow. I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes to pick up my DoorDash. I received a notification from DoorDash saying the order was ready but when I checked it still had another 5 minutes and that was ten minutes ago. They most definitely lie about order ready time. And are definitely EXTREMELY SLOW making orders.

  Always takes 30 minutes to even get my online order that I placed 30 minutes before I even show up. Always out of some key ingredient in my items and never updates their damn app to reflect that. I spend almost $50 for dinner for my family and I can’t eat what I ordered for myself because their substitution goes against my diet. Not to mention no foreseeable way to get a refund. Thanks for nothing.
