  NIGHT CREW DOESNT WANT TO COOK.. Point blank that’s the problem. The street chalupas are a limited item yes, and supply CAN run out, yes. However EVERY time I go here after dark, or after 8-11pm they are “out of street chalupas”. Once one of the girls used the verbiage “were out of them for the night” but I’ve gone to multiple other Taco Bell’s all within a short window and not another Taco Bell has yet to tell me they are out of the chalupas.. so, with that being said I can only come to one conclusion. They just don’t want to do it. When I have a craving for these it causes me to have to drive 15 mins out of the way !! Just because these folks don’t want to do them…. Bad service!! The drive through line also is always a mile long and they go SLOW it’s not fast food AT ALL.

  We waited 1.5 hours for food at this place. We asked multiple times about our order and these people kept saying "it'll be done in a sec." Then when my group finally got frustrated and started demanding our food be made the lady at the counter didn't even know about our order and finally started making the food. Took more than 2 hours to get our order fulfilled and I couldn't have been more pissed. Do yourself a favor, find a different location if you want taco bell. This is BS. On top of all of it the order was totally wrong, nothing was good and I won't ever be coming back to this place. Trash tacobelll trash service trash food.

  My friend and I just went through the drive through to order and we both placed our orders separately in the app. She told us that we could not do 2 orders in one car and would have to pick up one order and go through the line again to pick up our second order. I cannot wrap my head around how that's any different from us placing one order verbally through the drive through with her rather than both of us making an order in-app, but apparently it was too much work for this employee to process them separately. Absolutely ridiculous policy and unacceptable, we both canceled our orders and went elsewhere. Absolutely will NOT be coming back to this location and have never run into this issue before at other locations. It'll be a while before either of us go to Taco Bell again.

  I’ll definitely give a good review for a great Taco Bell! It’s always disappointment after disappointment at every location. This one shocked us!! Food was actually done right and service was okay. Thank you!!!
