- CMCaitlin McIntyreDec 26, 20251.0I placed an order for delivery on the website which was picked up by doordash. The store called me and said they "don't have an oven". I asked how to cancel and the employee mentioned the app. I stated I don't have the app and she said I needed to cancel with doordash. Doordash explained that I could receive my order fee back but that the subway location would need to issue the refund for the food which was another $40 dollars. I called the store again to explain and the employee just repeated what she said the first time, clearly not paying attention to what I said. I asked for the manager and she said she was the only one there. That's really poor management to leave only answerless employees when you know 100% that there will be frustrated customers being ripped off. Hire new managers.

- LLLifee With LexxSep 24, 20251.0today I get a 6inch meal and pay $11 & I even tip…. I wasn’t paying close attention to what the bar toppings were looking like I had my child with me. Apparently you have a lot of your toppings mixed together and I found out the hard way….. I had red onions all in my sandwich in the lettuce & I don’t eat onions especially raw … I got all the way home to realize this to not be able to stomach it and I hate to drive all the way back to argue for my money back. So, I probably just won’t eat subway again I just wanna warn others if you don’t eat every topping you might get a bit of everything on your sandwich anyways .
