The Staff are very friendly and welcoming to me especially the Lady with the sweet southern accent who use to have Red Hair & now currently has Blonde Hair & she make my Philly to absolutely perfection . She’s Amazing! The Dude who works at this Subway is also Super Chill and Cool and also does a great job making my Philly. He’s Awesome ! The Service is Great & the Philly is definitely Great. I also Love the Their Footlong Cookie & Subway Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I was eating lunch here with a friend and overheard extremely disrespectful and inappropriate treatment toward another customer. The employee — one of two older white women working at the counter — was specifically and only rude and derogatory toward a Spanish-speaking woman, while treating every other customer with politeness and respect. (The second woman also played a part) The difference in tone and behavior was obvious and uncomfortable to witness. The woman even decided not to place her second order because of how she was treated. This was disappointing and upsetting to see, and I hope management addresses this because no customer should ever feel unwelcome, singled out, or disrespected based on who they are. Will not be returning.

- JJJp JpNov 25, 20251.0Not only are they rude, they play gate keeper as to who does or doesn't get their food. I ordered on my app then came in. At first the man ignored me even though I was the only customer there. I tried asking a question but he only snapped at me angrily. When I asked for the sandwich from my online order, he reacted ANGRILY at me and THREW AWAY MY SANDWICH. I never got my order. He threw it away. When I got angry he physically threatened me. What the hell. This was definitely the WORST restaurant experience I've had anywhere.
