    If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online through the mobile app. Unfortunately, I went to the wrong Subway, which was just 3 miles down the road, so I got in my car and left. Still in the timeframe for pickup. The cashier asked if I placed a pickup order and attempted to hand it to me, and the paper read "janice" I immediately said that's not my order. She proceeds to say well someone just came and picked up your order. I can definitely see how "Janice" and "Jaire" can get mixed up. Instead of the cashier remaking my order (executing great customer service) she tells me I need to cancel the order. I show her the app and tell her theres no way to cancel it. She would not assist me with canceling, she would not give me her supervisors information. This girl also leaves the store, turns off the lights while 2 customers are sitting down eating, and basically locks them inside, and gets in her car. she came back 15 minutes later. I called another subway to vouch for me and they even told me she should remake the order. Her exact words "I'm not going to lose my job" and I said "lose your job over a sandwich!!" (at this point i'm honestly irritated) Its all about principals. She made a mistake and instead of nicely correcting it when I was confused about how my order got picked up. she continued to reject me. Why would I pay for an order twice? And it’s not like I can go to a different subway and they make the order. And by the end of it i was mad and so i left. I bet $100 the doordasher that picked up my order has gotten a bad review also, because "Janice" received "Jaire's" order. I want a refund or someone to call me about making my sandwich.

    Ordered food here online with my gift card, get to the store and it is closed. I have been trying to come back to the store to resolve the issue and everytime it is closed. Even with hours posted, they open i guess when they want. So they took my money and haven't got my food. Very disappointing

    The staff at this location is completely unprofessional. When we picked up our order, the staff behind the counter were dressed in plain clothes and didn’t even seem like they worked there. They had their families sitting in the restaurant and their children running back behind the counter. I ordered at 12:50 and was given a quote time of 1:05 pm. We arrived at 1:10 pm and they said the meatballs weren’t hot and did we want something else. Instead of just microwaving them, they gave us cold meatballs. The other sub was an entire mess and coated in sauce on the top. You wouldn’t be able to even tell the staff from customers had they not been behind the counter. This restaurant needs some serious looking in to as it is a health code violation to have children or untrained workers handling food.

    I went in to order and there was a woman ahead of me for a big order. He was just putting the last ingredients on the sandwich. The employee, Jeremy, was just trudging along with no urgency. He actually at one point walked to the back for about 2 minutes and came back with nothing in his hands. (Me originally thinking that he was getting replacement goods for the front counter) the line was about 5 people deep and another young woman walked in and asked if her mobile order was ready. He rudely responded and said that the mobile order was not here and you need to go. She tried ask where it could’ve gone and he responded with another place and then said bye and stopped talking to her. When I finally had my sandwich made he went to the register and typed with the gloves he used to make the sandwich and then left to go back and make the next persons sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE USED TO TOUCH THE DIRTY SCREEN. That is very unhealthy and unsanitary. After he set up the payment for the card he left to help others and did not say anything else to me. All in all it took 25 min for me to get my sandwich, and Jeremy was the only worker and was moving like molasses. So if you go in and there’s a line of more than 2 l, just know you’ll be waiting for quite some time if he’s working
