I placed my order online and arrived while they were still making it—thankfully. They initially tried to give me about half the usual amount of meat I’ve received at other Subway stores. It was barely enough to cover the bread when laid flat. I asked them to add more, and while they were hesitant at first, they finally added an extra scoop after I mentioned I’d request a refund. It feels like the owner is cutting corners everywhere possible. They don’t honor Subway coupons—even official ones directly from Subway—unless they’re through the app. To make matters worse, they regularly run out of basic ingredients like spinach. What’s baffling is they’re located right next to a Publix, yet they still fail to restock. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location if you can.
