When ordering the buy one get the other for one dollar they use stale hard day old bread and even after contacting them about the nasty food they do nothing, not even an apology. I guess they have plenty of money and don’t care about losing customers. Stay away from this location unless you want a sandwich you can’t chew.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location—the first bad one I’ve ever had here. Upon entering, I asked the owner if the “Buy One Footlong, Get One for $1” deal was valid in-store. He told me it might work online but definitely not in the store. So, I placed my order online to use the deal, and while my order went through, the owner hadn’t even started on it after I’d been waiting inside for about 15 minutes.
Then, another customer walks in, and the owner immediately starts making their order before mine. When he finally got around to my sandwiches, he made them completely wrong—both needed extra mayo, but he put all the toppings down first, then slathered condiments on top, insisting he had to follow the sequence on the ticket. Newsflash: traditional sandwich etiquette means condiments go under the toppings, not drowned on top. When I politely pointed this out, he argued with me, the paying customer, over how I wanted my sandwich made.
If this is the standard at this Subway, count me out—I won’t be coming back to any of their locations.

maybe if you guys treated service workers with respect, they’d make your food with respect. This is by far the best subway sandwich I’ve ever ever had. Definitely made with love not much communication but other than getting to the order and getting me out as soon as possible cookies were soft. Sub was absolutely delicious. Maybe if people spoke up they’d get what they actually want. These people are amazing at their job and deserve unlimited abundance.
