We asked right away if we could have some fresh hot tots. The response was yes. We waited about about 15 minutes and asked when we would get the fresh tots. You could actually see the girl smiling through the window. She did bring them out right away, however the new tots were not hot. Just warm. We were at no point rude so the attitude was not deserved. We did however deserve what we paid for - hot food. There were no other customers present. 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening.
