First visit, I was impressed with how fresh and hot the burger was. Second visit, the burger was cold and unimpressive. Next time I'll ask for a hot one. Cold hamburgers are disgusting.

I placed my order with questions regarding items. The employee was very rude and condescending. I then chimed in to inform I was backing up into adjacent parking spot in the sun. Thst employee stated no problem. 3 orders came out that had no been there when my order was placed. The original employee stated we don't walk to the other spots only in stalls, that's why my order was delivered. I stated I was not informed of that. "Well we're not going to come to you. Move back over." The food was not hot, it was apparently the original order.
My overall complaint is this: Communication is key. Tone and presentation of a service rendered.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They are rude as hell and the manager or whatever position she holds had on a uniform 8 sizes to small literally was filthy and her attitude matched it. I sat and waited 45 minutes for a cup of ice! When I mentioned hello I’ve been here a while and you’re taking other peoples orders before mine! Her response was “well I just got here, you’re going to have to wait” no apology for the inconvenience no professional demeanor whatsoever! The DM REALLY NEEDS TO MAKE THEM WEAR APPROPRIATE WORK ATTIRE I MEAN HER STOMACH WAS LITERALLY HANGING OUT THE BOTTOM OF HER SHIRT BEING IT WAS TOO SMALL SHE COULD BARELY WALK! I will never go to this location ever again!!!!

Let me save everyone time in here with the response from the owner. They don’t help. Three weeks later and I’m still waiting to hear back on this complaint. I can only assume this is autogenerated to make it seem like they actually care about their customers. Absolutely disgusting.
I don’t often post about my bad experiences. You can look at my post history and see that I try to celebrate good service and usually let the bad service go. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with this location.
I ordered via the app and was given a time of 6:20pm for pickup. We were close by at the Target when we ordered so I knew I was going to have to wait a little bit once I got there. I was not prepared to wait 30 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up though. Unfortunately that is the least concerning problem.
When we finally got our food my daughter and I, who both ordered Coke, quickly learned that there was no syrup in the coke machine. It was very apparent in my drink especially since there was hardly any color to it. Then, as my daughter was eating her chicken bites, she bit into something hard and hurt her tooth. There was a bone in her BONELESS chicken bites. Thankfully she didn’t choke on it. I will likely never return to a Sonic again, definitely not this location, as this experience has left a bad taste in my families mouths both literally and figuratively.
EDIT: I contacted the number provided here three times now and still no response or resolution. This has been ongoing for nearly a week. It appears that poor customer service is a culture of Sonic.
