I’m assuming they are short staff. Waited 30 mins just to order. If my kids didn’t want a slush so bad I would have left.

26 mins on drive thru never again. Cashier walked down the drive thru line gathering everyone cards before they get to the window so they can cash out the cars and it stops the time from being recorded and reported this is unprofessional. I will never visit again. This location is really dirty as well

AVOID THIS SONIC, it’s a complete mess. Employees don’t know what’s going on. Gave me the wrong food, I came back no apologies or anything. And brought me the most greasy burger I’ve ever seen. Didn’t even give me a receipt either. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!

I came, pressed the button, the red button they require, then they told me I had to wait. I waited, then pressed the button again. They said I needed to go to the drive-thru, and then there was a long line, I waited for 10-15 minutes. They said they didn't have my order; they probably took it for themselves and took it home to eat. Why would they say they don't have my order when they had it? They said they were preparing it, and then they refused, saying they didn't have such an order. The girl with glasses was so rude.
