  Ordered Mozzarella sticks. Wound up with like 3 cold, hard, lame chicken strips. What is THE deal here?

  Honestly wouldn’t give it bad rating if it wasn’t for the fact that, they have completely forgotten their outdoor parking buttons for the drive thru instead. We pushed the button, waited 20 minutes, just to notice that the drive thru was moving along. I’m alright with waiting for drive thru if it’s one person, but don’t wait for the drive thru to be zero people before taking care of LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE

  The sweets and desert section is excellent, but last time I was there we waited for over an hour and nobody answered us even when switching spots in the parking lot. The tater tots aren't really good anymore they're just stupidly greasy

  I hadn’t been to Sonic Drive-In in a while, and unfortunately, it wasn’t what I remembered. I ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings, asking specifically for no mayonnaise. Somehow, that request translated into extra mayonnaise instead. The onion rings were another surprise, and not a good one. They were extremely sweet, which I didn’t expect at all. I’m honestly not sure why anyone would want sweet onion rings. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not something I’d be eager to repeat.

  They need better employees they are very rude at night time they talk in the speaker so rude. They have to do something with these night shift young people cause they act like they dont like their job but they are very rude. Very disrespectful.
