I chose to cancel. My card was still charged the money for the order, delivery and tip. I called Rosatis Wed to speak to a manager, was told the manager would be in Friday afternoon. I called Friday evening and was told the manager would be in Monday. There is nothing anyone else can do apparently. This isn't right and I should not have to wait over a week to even speak to someone about this, let alone, wait for my refund. Will never even think about trying to eat here or order delivery from here again! Horrible service!

I decided to visit again, Super Bowl Sunday & it was a complete disaster. I ordered online & had to still wait an hour after I arrived. Finally got my pizza & it was the wrong one. I took it back got the one I ordered but it had onions, there’s no onions on this pizza according to the website but it showed onions on the pizza once I saw it on the menu. I got the pizza home & I had asked for extra sauce and one side it barely had sauce. I assume these are new owners, but I won’t be back. It’s gone down hill.

They clearly have no idea what Chicago-style pizza is. I also ordered a veggie pizza, and they added vegetables like a joke—maybe one tiny piece per slice. This was my first time ordering from this place and one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in America. Completely disappointed and will never order again.
