The service was phenomenal too. Who I assume was one of the owners helped us find a table, rearrange chairs, etc. Between the perfectly fired pizza, the high quality ingredients, and the service, you can tell they really care and want to get it right. Extremely impressed with this place.

We stopped here on our way to Daytona Beach because of the amazing gluten free reviews. Seriously, this pizza is so good it has me wanting to move here. People are very nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming, even for large parties! I'm actually sitting in my hotel room rn eating this leftover pizza and I promise you, it's still amazing heated up. Which is what prompted me to write this review 🙌🏻 If you have Celiac Disease this place is AMAZING!

Most places will top a gluten free crust - and that’s great to be accommodated at all, I can’t knock it - BUT - not Rodrigo’s NG dough… it’s made there, it’s spongy like “real bread,” ITS REAL PiZZA. You will never go back to a thin, cardboardy pizza crust again. It’s the best pizza. So glad this is the neighborhood as a safe option. Also I think the owner is very nice! The first time I tried it, I knew I couldn’t go back to the cardboard crust… long live Rodrigo’s!

I’ve always thought of brick or stone oven pizza as being superior so I’ve always judged them differently than regular pizza. Rodrigo’s has taken things to another level. I’d have been happy with just crust. Tender, chewy and delicious. The flavor profile from the bread alone is worth the visit!!

If you prefer it less sweet, ask for half the Nutella. Overall, the service is efficient, and there’s a cute, cozy seating area in the back.
