  Amazing ambiance! We visited for a birthday brunch and had an excellent experience. The rooftop views were absolutely beautiful. We ordered the Charred Broccolini, Italian Benedict and the American Breakfast—both were flavorful and delicious! Highly recommend the RH Bellini—my husband even ordered his own after starting with a Mimosa because it was that good. We finished with strawberries and cream, along with a complimentary chocolate chip cookie topped with a candle. We’ll definitely be back!

  Very cute atmosphere & decor. One of the prettiest rooftop restaurants I have been to. Came for breakfast on my birthday & my boyfriend, and I loved it. The truffle fries are 10/10!! However, the avocado toast was not my favorite. Too much avocado was on the toast, and the toast was way to hard to bite into! Other than that, the service was spectacular! Definitely, will come back for the vibes & fries!

  5 stars! RH Rooftop Restaurant in Jacksonville is pure magic! The rooftop setting is stunning — elegant chandeliers, olive trees, and that gorgeous fountain make it feel like a luxurious escape. But the food? Even better than the views! The Greens Salad is a masterpiece: perfectly dressed, crisp baby lettuces, shaved vegetables, and that addictive champagne vinaigrette — easily the best salad I’ve had in Jacksonville. The Lobster Roll is next-level — generous chunks of chilled lobster, just the right amount of light mayo, served on a buttery toasted brioche bun with truffle fries that I still dream about. And the Grilled Petite Filet was cooked to absolute perfection: tender, juicy, and paired with a beautiful red wine demi that elevated every bite. Service was impeccable, attentive without hovering, and the wine list is fantastic. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want to treat yourself, RH Rooftop is a must. Already counting down the days until I go back! 🥂🥗🦞🥩

  While the food was wonderful, the service was the complete opposite. Came here for the first time with my husband for our anniversary. The waitress immediately gave off “I don’t want to be here” vibes. She takes our drink orders, I simply order a Arnold Palmer and my husband ordered a non alcoholic specialty drink. It took easily 15-20 min to get these drinks. We weren’t offered water in the meantime. My Arnold Palmer was not made correctly. She sent it back, takes another 10 min to bring out another.. again wrong.. this time I was brought a sweet tea only .. very confused and annoyed at this point cus why is half lemonade and half sweet tea so hard to acquire and why am I not being offered water the meantime? I ask for a water .. it’s room temp. Not even cold no ice nothing. Mind you, those around me have clearly cold ice water. Fast forward, it takes an hour to receive our food. I ordered a sandwich and truffle fries and my husband, shrimp and potatoes. His food came out over 10 min before mine so we couldn’t even eat together. That was the final point for me. To take 40 min to get my drink made right and then we couldn’t even eat together was wild. I speak to the manager, not something I usually like to do as I understand people have their off days but for it to be back to back issues was frustrating. We ask for our dessert to go… it’s brought out on a glass plate.. I said nope, that needs to be bagged, we requested it to go. I feel like there was a lack of communication and urgency here. For it to be a little pricier meals and the service not meet expectations really sucked. Especially after reading pretty positive reviews about this place more or less. Again, the food? Great. Service? Terrible. So for that we won’t be returning unfortunately.

  This was a rollercoaster. We were sat immediately and promptly forgotten about. The hostess noticed we hadn't been greeted and grabbed a server from the back. The server greeted us with "I'll get you started, I guess, but I don't know who your server is going to be." She took our drink order and apps (truffle fries and charred broccolini). Another server delivered our water and our actual server delivered the ordered beer. He was friendly but didn't introduce himself and made no apology. After giving us some more time to make decisions he took our order (shaved ribeye dip w/fries, broiled salmon w/asparagus). After another 5-10 minutes the truffle fries arrived with no broccolini. Our server was busy with other tables and running food and did not do a check. After another 5 or so minutes we flagged him down and asked about the broccolini, he went back to check and appeared with a plate of burratta "on the house" because the "kitchen" forgot. He retrieved the broccolini a few minutes later. When clearing the app plates the server splashed some burratta juice/balsamic vinegar onto us and either didn't notice or didn't care as he made no apology. When the entrees arrived the sandwich, fries and asparagus all landed, but the salmon was a no show. The server who ran the plates looked at us like we were crazy when he put the plates he had down and left. We assumed he was going to get the salmon, but after another 5 minutes we had to flag our server again to ask about it. He went to check on it and said "the kitchen was putting the glaze on it and would be another two minutes". Two+ minutes later the salmon arrived. By now the sandwich and aujus was cold. The server said he would take care of the apps as an apology and that this was not customary of their operation. When the check arrived they removed what they said they were going to as well as the bottle of water, each line with an explanation of the comp. After getting our check (which at this point felt like we were being held prisoner) we approached the manager (Zach) to talk with him about the experience. He had no knowledge of any of the issues and was politely apologetic. Overall the food was great and everyone else seemed like they were getting great service. We were just the ugly ducks I guess...
