  Yes my kids “19”and older had reservation for Sunday the 22nd of February 2026 it was a party of 7 a BIRTHDAY day party spent around 600.00+ and was told all the outdoor was closed it was 6pm by the way and was told they told other customers it was close and was not a problem maybe it would have been better to be let known considering it’s a rooftop restaurant the whole experience is supposed to be outside and when my daughter tried talking to the manager because she looks young she was talked to like a child witch is very disrespectful because there money was plenty grown I will add my daughter is a hard worker and become a kitchen manager at 19 so she understands stuff happens how to talk to people but to be talked down to because of how she looked and to have a very bad experience at such a beautiful place is disappointing to say the least she didn’t even want to talk about it but the birthday girl came home pretty upset witch got me concerned I have worked in the hospitality industry for 30 yrs and customer service will make or break you no matter how good the food is so that being said hopefully the next birthday girl doesn’t have such an expensive lesson on how not to treat people a certain way because of how they look

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. My visit to RH was extremely disappointing due to how I was treated. From the moment I arrived, the tone and behavior from staff felt dismissive and uncomfortable. I observed differences in how other guests were greeted and accommodated compared to how I was handled. Simple requests were met with attitude, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. What makes this more concerning is that RH promotes an upscale, welcoming brand image, yet the treatment I received reflected the opposite. If inclusivity and hospitality are part of the company’s values, they need to be practiced consistently not selectively.

  We visited on Valentines Day, its expected to be overcrowded and busy. However, that doesnt excuse the level of service we received. Our waiter was nice, kind and respectful. He just wasnt very attentive and disappeared a lot. We ordered appetizers, by the time he came back to to table to take out drink order, he asked us did we want to order an appetizer, to which we had to remind him that he had already taken that order from us. Oversight? Maybe. After we ordered our meal, he had lamb chops, I had the roast chicken, we waited over 45 minutes for the food, with no sign of our waiter Elijah, who seems to be an invisible man. Finally, the food arrived. Omg. I cant even make this up... the lamb chops were burnt crisp and the chicken was hard. Our waiter did address this with the manager, dark man with dreds, who never came to our table. Our waiter came back and said they will remake the food and give us complementary cookies. (Insert straight face 😑) Id never visit again. The remade food was better, but the level of service we received and the awful first round of food, says we aren't welcome.

  The food was delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the steak with peppercorn sauce. The service was wonderful and professional. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars was because they forgot our cookies that were supposed to be given as a surprise for our valentine day dinner. We got them after I had to say something. I’m glad they didn’t charge us for the inconvenience. We definitely will be back

  This was one of the best meals we’ve had. Me and my husband both had a steak and they were cooked so perfectly. Everything was amazing, beautiful drinks and everything plated really beautifully. Good service and friendly staff. Would definitely come back. Worth the price!
