  Hi, my name is Jeff. On this night at about 10:40 PM I accepted a DoorDash delivery order at the Pizza Hut on 11233 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida. There was one customer in front of me, but she was standing back from the counter, so I placed my pizza bag on the counter, and I stood back so that the employee could serve the other customer. As soon as the customer turned and walked away. I did what DoorDash drivers do. I showed my screen to the employee behind the counter, and with a smile, I said the name of the customer which was really sort of a difficult name and hard to understand. At this time, the employee behind the counter in a very passive aggressive tone said hello how are you doing tonight and then repeated herself “how are you” but she didn’t say it in a way that was kind, she said in a way that was assumptive that I should have greeted her kindly before showing her my phone. So she had an expectation for the customers behavior. When I did not fulfill that expectation, she became hostile, told me she was refusing to give me the order and I might as well leave or she’ll call the police. I responded in a way that was also threatening. I said I will talk to your manager about this. I also asked her “do you own this place”.”That was my passive aggressive response to the way I had just been treated. Ultimately, I walked out the door and then I took a picture of the front door so I would have the name of the manager. I’m very disappointed. I followed every protocol with DoorDash. I even asked her if we could start the conversation over, she refused. If I were the owner of this, Pizza Hut, I would reprimand this person and retrain them on Customer Service. I wouldn’t fire them. I just wanna make sure that this is known because if you watch the camera, I’m willing to wager I’m not the only person she is treated in this manner. She also was not wearing a name tag so I really don’t know the name of the person who I’m complaining on. I just know she had pink hair. That’s not a criticism that’s just a fact.. please inform this person to never treat a customer the way she treated me and teach her that the customer is always right especially the liaison between the customer (who is the delivery person) and the restaurant.

  It was ok, more crust than anything, 80% thick, bland dough, like eating a baguette. Looking at other picture reviews that seems normal, I should have looked before ordering

  Don't bother with the 10 dollar new Joker....or...new Yorker. VERY stingy with the cheese & sauce. Go ahead and spend a little more to get a decent pizza

  Me and my fiance always love getting pizza hut wings. We ordered two orders, one 6 piece parm and 24 give or take of buffalo. Unfortunately a majority of the large buffalo order came as garlic parm instead. Obviously it was very upsetting since it was a 70 dollar order of wings. Everything is usually very good there and we love ordering but its probably gonna be a while because of such a mess up.
