Orders are later than ETA 90% of the time, and pizza isn't cut through all the way on some occasions. Have had cold pizza a couple of times, or toppings against the top of the box due to improper handling during delivery. Never complained, but when they don't give me what I paid for at time of delivery, I will no longer use Pizza Hut for any of my pizza needs.
