Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the future & offered other ways to make it better for tonight!! In the world we live in today there is so much bad customer service, but Brianna showed the exact opposite just as the manager Angela did before!! Big kuddos to Angela & Brianna!!!!😊

Not to mention the box smelled like cigs and the black lady who delivered our pizza was snarky and smelled of cigs. Thanks for the side order of nicotine I guess. She had what looked like a buzz cut under that hat of hers. If I ever order from this location again, and a BIG IF, I pray I don’t get that same delivery driver.

I do miss the days when the Hut used only fresh dough, but that is the past. The only tip I would offer this location is that your front lobby area needs a good cleaning. It smelled like a wet dog today and was quite over-powering. It could have been one of the people that were waiting, but it was pretty bad.
