  I placed an order on New Year’s Day and was planning on using a Papa John’s gift card from Christmas. I verified the balance before I went in, and when I went to pay the order. I swipe the gift card, and the employee walked away. When I asked what the remaining balance was to pay, he started tapping on the screen and told me to swipe the gift card again. This time when I swiped it, it said insufficient balance. I asked him why it’s not showing a remaining balance after I swiped the first time and that the Gift card has already been processed. I then had to log onto the Papa Johns gift card website to review the transaction history. It doesn’t show transaction and only showed a $0 balance. After a half hour of trying to reach customer service, I gave up and went elsewhere Incompetent staff, and terrible customer support

  Always closing a hour early or more and the staff is not friendly at all. Would not recommend at all

  Ordered a works pizza. Half no cheese. Recieved a half works pizza and half just cheese pizza. Large breakdown in COMMUNICATION. Also ordered 2, 20 oz drinks got 1 20 and a 1 liter. Wont.ever order from this location again. Thanks but no thanks.
