  If I could give half a star, I would. Had a pizza delivered - boxes were pulled up from the side - all 3 boxes. One of the stickers was lifted a little and put back. Called manager, then took pizzas back up there and he tells me the pizza look okay. He ignored the fact that the boxes were lifted- I’ve never had that problem before. I leave my husband called and we got no where with these people. Be careful ordering food from this particular papa John’s 7200 Normandy blvd- Jacksonville Fl. I do have pictures less than 5 minutes of receiving the order . Will see if i can dispute my card and send pictures to the card company. Have to find kids something else to eat, now.

  Lady at the counter Lord bless her, shes clueless about whats going on. Any question I asked, the answer was " I dont know"! Wondering what does she know? Is she in customer service or lala land? 🙏🙏🙏

  I had to call the corporate office on this store.Because their manager is on some type of power trip.I really don't know.I have never seen customer service so bad and he had such a terrible attitude.What happened was I called, the 800 number, and they had a special on carryout, which is 50% off. So I ordered the works pizza. I call back a couple minutes later and decided to order another Pizza. My husband wanted one, so when I called, I got a gentleman on the phone, and I explained to him. I'd like to get the 50% carry off special that I was told is going on right now. The promotion, he said, what do you want? Not in a nice way, that was a little surprising then. I tell them what I want, and he says $21 a day. 10 cents? I said, okay like I'm telling you again. I would like to get the carryout promotion if i can. He says, I'm giving it to you. He was not nice.He was nice, nasty if you know what I mean. And then had the nerve to tell me, I was rude, really?This gentleman acted like he did not even want to wait on me on the phone even like he wanted to work.I said, thank you so much.I will come pick it up.I walk in, he's mumbling to an employee.I guess about me.I don't know I go to pay.I'll put the money down on the counter.He told me I threw the money on the counter, which is not true.I would never do that.I laid the money on the counter and I told him you are rude and your customer service is horrible.You don't even want to wait on me. He told me to shut up three times I said, how dare you speak to me like that?You're not my husband you're not gonna tell me to shut up.And I told him I was calling corporate, and he says, you can call corporate, he says, I'm the manager, I said, you're the manager. I was like, really, and this is how you act. You're setting a real good example to your employees about customer service. And attitude, so I imagine when you're not there, how bad these people act. I told him where he could shove it.And I'll never be back to that store.I've been going to that papa, john's for ten years.And i've never been treated like that to call and place an order and get talked to like a dog.And I was not really very upset, but until he acted the way he when I went in the store it's just unacceptable, and I called corporate and I'm filing a complaint. He doesn't need to be a manager. Anyway, I just want to make anybody aware before you go there.Watch how you even order.Because you might get screamed at. This gentleman had long hair and a ponytail.I don't remember his name because he was too busy being rude to me.But thank you whoever reads this
