If I wanted to use DoorDash service I’d order through DoorDash…I ordered through the papa John’s app simply because DoorDash sucks for delivery, yet I still get looped to DoorDash.

Paid for 3 cheese cups. Got 0 cheese cups and extra marinara cups, instead. Figured people make mistakes. Didn’t make a deal about it. Then we ordered again last night. Once again, no cheese cups. This time, ordered a pizza with white Alfredo sauce. The pizza came dry, no sauce. We like Papa John’s Pizza as a whole, but this location can’t seem to get it together. Based on other reviews, seems it’s really dragging down the company name.
