The manager AJ was pretty equal in attitude as he has zero service skills. Who ever runs this location in retrospect probably needs to be retrained or replaced. In enough time this like many locations will be closed. I left, and went to Chick-fil-A which was full of customers in the dine in, drive thru...Example of incredible success. Oh, and instead of the $17.49 I spent at Panera I spent $12, and would gladly go back.
