    Customer service was horrible..also I feel you can't be at the register if 1 question bothers or upsets you. Customer service has gotten horrible over years and food not worth the price.

    We are in our fifties and were passing through town around lunch time on a Sunday and we stopped here because we had a gift card. Panera's portions seem to have gotten smaller over the years, especially for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised here. The sandwich and soup we ordered were excellent, not skimpy on the portions, and we encountered no problems at all. We would recommend it.

    Love this Panera!! Food was great!!! And service was great!! Monica is so helpful and kind. I have a gluten allergy and she recommended some great options and was so patient with me as I took my time to decide. I ended up getting a chicken, egg, avocado, garlic sandwich without the bread. It was delicious!!!
