The person at the register is really nice. Worth coming here to see her flamboyance! Skip the kiosk order and order with her.

I drive all the way to AB now to get Panera there because the ones closest to my house can't seem to get it together and give people the correct food with a smile on their face

After waiting 10 minutes and no one getting any iced tea, I went to the kitchen area and asked them for one. The restaurant was almost empty and no one seemed overworked, so I guess customer service isn't important to them.
