Today they forgot my baguette AGAIN, and when I went back, the guy was dismissive, didn’t even apologize, and looked at me like I was the one in the wrong for coming back. Then, when I finally sat down to eat, I realized they also forgot my chips and utensils, and after I had already spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line I ended up having to go to a gas station just to grab utensils Really disappointing experience every time

The bathrooms were unacceptable as well. Tissue on the floors, corners full of dirt, just disgusting. No issues with food quality, but made me think, if the general areas are filthy, what does the kitchen look like?
