  I’m a regular customer at this Panera location, and I’ve been thinking about something I witnessed recently that has really bothered me. I saw one employee firmly grab another employee in a way that felt aggressive and threatening. It was uncomfortable and honestly shocking to see in what’s supposed to be a welcoming environment. No one should feel unsafe or physically handled like that at work, especially in front of customers. It completely changed how I view this establishment. As someone who comes here often, I expect professionalism, respect, and a safe atmosphere for both employees and guests. Behavior like that is unacceptable and should not go unnoticed. I truly hope management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are treated with dignity and respect moving forward.

  I am disappointed and frustrated with our bagels being baked 12+ hours in advance of the current business day AND paying full price for stale product at this Argyle Forest location. As a loyal customer who visits this location every day, I have noted this scenario is directly attributed to a specific Manager who cannot effectively schedule baking staff, so product is baked same day. This issue has been noted to the local GM who has promised to address this policy, but yet again this week two days in a row, the product is stale. Yes, your store has only one oven vs two in other stores, and yes, you have a promo on Asiago sandwiches, but really the other managers handle the scheduling just fine. This manager seems to panic because of a catering order first thing or because it's Tuesday. I cannot continue to justify spending full price for stale product. Please hire an additional baker if need be but stop this irresponsible behavior. Maybe the Manager needs some planning and scheduling training or else xfer out of this store!
