Hello,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your Panera location. I placed an online order for a coffee on 11/13/25 I had just got off work and I was tired , it was scheduled to be ready at 7:49 pm I arrived a few minutes early, around 7:45 pm and went through the drive-through to pick it up.
I pulled up to the window and waited, but no one acknowledged me. I saw four employees glance in my direction multiple times, laugh, and continue talking. I tried to get their attention by waving my hands and lightly honking my horn—not in a rude way, just enough to be noticed. Still, no one came to the window.
After about 15 minutes of me sitting there, still waving for help, an employee named Alyssa finally came to the window while handling another order. She glanced at the other employees, exchanged a conversation with them, and then opened the window to ask, “Are you waiting for someone?” This made it clear that they knew I had been there.
I politely told her I was waiting for my coffee that I had already ordered. She responded that the coffee had already been ready and handed it to me. I then asked why they continued to laugh and talk while I sat there waiting and signaling for help. She said they “didn’t see me,” and added that “it’s one-sided—you can see us, but we can’t see you.”
This was extremely disappointing. In all my years, I’ve never experienced this level of disregard from customer service staff. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I understand why people get irritated when simple courtesy and acknowledgment are ignored.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

We got the broccoli cheese soup and autumn squash soup as well as harvest chicken salad and Asian chicken salad and all of it was AMAZING!! The girl that helped us was so nice as well as everyone that was working hard to make and serve our food!! If I could give more stars then I would!!

The autumn squash soup was Luke warm and the bowl was half full.
The grilled cheese was NOT grilled, more like microwaved...horrible. I really should have had them redo it, but being hungry and cold, it was better than nothing. The best part was the bag of potato chips! I will not go back to Panera Bread on Baymeadows Rd.
