Trying to grab my drinks struggling to reach and they couldn’t assist because one busy on her phone and the other seemed to be mad of having to work. Never again going to Panera after this experience and they aren’t cheap so I expected a better service

The staff was extremely nice, the food was made perfectly, and there were no issues with waiting times at all. I had great service from the cashier, Kaylee, and the line crew, Michelle and Corey, were awesome. The baker, Daniel, did an incredible job — the pastries were perfect. The managers on shift, Morgan and Charity, were both really friendly and helpful. You could tell they were genuinely glad to be there and proud of their team. Overall, I saw a great working team today. Keep up the good work!!!

This restaurant appears to be struggling, the dirty dishes that were on tables when I arrived were still there when I left. I ordered sweet tea, there was none, not even an empty dispenser. Paint peeling off the wall, just a place in minor but general disrepair. Panera appears to be in trouble.
